- Static Internet Connection (minimum 4Mbps)
- Server Hardware (see hardware requirements)
- Network connectivity and credentials (e.g switches, routers, cable and patch cords)
After Sales Support is 3 months free after the time of engagement, after 3 months the CLIENT has the option to avail of the Per Incident Support of Php1,500 / Incident with maximum Four (4) Hours support.
After Sales Support shall cover the following:
- Phone Support (9am-5pm Mon-Fri)
- Internet Remote Administration Support (9am-5pm Mon-Fri)
- Business Process / Server Management Training (9am-5pm Mon-Fri)
- Server Maintenance / Cleanup
- Enhancement Pack Updates
